A day in the life: What to expect!

Drop off is typically between 8AM-9AM - (if you need an earlier pick-up time that can be arranged ahead of time). When you arrive, your groomer will go over your pet's specific coat type and needs, haircut options if applicable, go over any sensitivities your pet may have and get any feedback from you on how we can make your pet's experience the best we possibly can. 

Upon arrival all social dogs will get a chance to play and unwind before they hit the bathing area. Here they will receive 2 thorough shampoo body massages of choice, facial and massage, and any treatments that were added on. After their bubble bath they get toweled off with a warm towel and fully dried to prevent any skin irritation. 

Some pups jump right into grooming after the bath, and some unwind and play for a bit while they wait their turn! We strive to ensure each pup's experience is catered to their individual needs. If they need more breaks in-between the process or if they need to be done straight through - we strive to work with the individual unique needs of the dog VS. a strict schedule and will always advocate for what is best for the dog!

Our groomers are working with the pet in mind as well as the owners' requests. We like to find a happy medium between the pets' skin and coat requirements, your lifestyle, and the desired style of trim. All tidy ups and haircuts come with a pawdicure, ear cleaning, cologne, accessory and trimming of choice.

Each pup is given a pickup time, but that doesn't mean you need to pick them up right away. If your pup is social, they are more than welcome to stay until close to play and socialize with their friends!

We do ask that non-social pups try to be picked up within 1-2 hours of their pickup time (before close), but we can be flexible!
