Cancellation Policy:

We understand life happens! Just keep us informed! 

We send reminders 7 days before your pups appointment, 3 days before your pups appointment AND the day before to ensure you aren't hit with any cancellation fees!

• 3 days (72 hours) before your pups appointment - no charge! 
• 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment - 25% of the base price of the appointment. 
• 1 day (24 hours) before your appointment - 50% of the base price of the appointment. 
• Same day Cancellations or No Show appointments are charged 100% of the base price of the appointment.

We are a small business and greatly appreciate you valuing our groomers time and keeping us informed if you need to miss your appointment! We will always work with extenuating circumstances and try our best to get you rescheduled in a timely manner!
